A Birthday Goal

Thanks to everyone who posted and sent awesome birthday wishes my way yesterday! I am now seventeen. Slightly frightening, but mostly exciting :)

So I thought for this post I would talk about one of my goals for the next year. How many of you have ever wanted to do the splits? I'm sure some of you can just fine, but I'm not one of those people. But I also know me and I know that without being obligated to do it (and without support) I will not be able to meet my challenge to myself and being able to do the splits. So, my goal: to be able to do the splits by the time I'm eighteen (for me that will be next year, but for the rest of you how about within the next year?).

Is anyone with me? :)

If you are, sign up in the comments. I figure that if you stretch for about twenty minute a day faithfully everyday, your flexibility will increase so much that gradually you'll be closer and closer until you're able to do the splits! Random, yes, but I've always wanted to do this.

So this is my goal. I'm excited :)

  5. I'm still pretty close from my dancing days BUT even then I was always a couple inches away. Sure. I am in.
