conclusions
- I like this because it reminds me that i'm going somewhere. I also like it because it says I can get tired along the way and just walk, not be forced to run along in high heels.
- Writing posts like this reminds me of April and poems. I wrote a lot of very (not so good?) poems during that month. But at least I was writing. Poor writing is still better than no writing at all.
- Today I've been very reflective. Thinking about how I may only be seventeen, but how much can happen in just a few years... it blows my mind a bit. I remember when I thought seventeen was ancient. The end of childhood. The final frontier. I love little kid me.
- When I was little, I was really obsessed with stuffed animals. To the point where I think I almost may have had a problem. I would leave certain ones in charge of my room when I went away and always made a very big deal of introducing new ones to the old ones. It was like in "The Little Princess" where Sara is convinced that her dolls move when she isn't there and she's just not quick enough to catch them. I totally believed that.
- Lab reports are kind of evil.
- I still have no idea what to pack for California. Or the right questions to ask or answers to give... I'm going to just wing it? and trust in God. A lot.
- I desperately need school to be over. I have no desire to do any work any more at all for any reason. La de da.
- What am I trying to prove to myself?
Cheers, all. For you lucky few, summer is here. For the rest of us, hang in there. Commas, away.

Hang on in there with the lab reports. They'll do you well.
ReplyDeleteYou look absolutely adorable in those pictures. ;)
I love that picture of you :)
ReplyDeleteThe only one of me is the middle one, and thanks (: I'm thinking of scanning some of my little kid pictures to share.
ReplyDeleteAh, yes. singular tense. it is adorable, undeniably, though.
